We provide a survey for you to fill out about your demographics, medical history, fertility history, preexisting conditions, and other relevant information, as well as your insurance plan information. It’s then processed with a proprietary clinical decision-making model to create a fertility profile, which is verified by our medical partners, before giving you the result, including the cost estimates based on your insurance benefits.
